Do you know?
Alright, my family is confused. We've been going to a Civics 101 course and we need to know something:If our country is 231 years old, why are we only in our 110th congress, which changes every year? (It's another one of those crazy thoughts.)
If anybody knows the answer to this, please help us out. Or just tell us where we can find it. Tane choo!
